- Location: Geneva, Switzerland; Ingolstadt, Germany.
- Story begins in 18th century on the North Pole. Robert Walton begins by telling a story of Victor Frankenstein. Then, the story switches to Ingolstadt, Germany, where Victor begins creating the monster. Then, we hear about Geneva, Switzerland, where William dies. Later, Victor and Henry go to England after Victor has had a tough time in Geneva, after the death of William. In Ireland, Victor is imprisoned on the charges of Henry's murder. The final moments are spent on the ice of North Pole, where Victor dies and PIECES going on to the ice to burn ITSELF on ice.

The climax of the story is when PIECES murders Elizabeth on the night her and Victor's wedding. After getting married, Victor and Elizabeth decide to stay in a hotel. Therefore, they book a room and, after leaving Elizabeth in the room for some rest, Victor comes out of the room and into the hallway. As soon as he comes, he hears Elizabeth's scream and, to his horror, she is murdered and it does not take him longer to learn about the murderer. This is moment when, neither the reader nor Victor know about what is going to happen. The only thing that can be assumed that PIECES may still kill someone, presumably Victor's father, since IT promised to kill all of Victor's loved ones.
Denouement

Denouement, or conclusion, of the story is PIECES promising to burn ITSELF on ice and running on the ice. After knowing that PIECES has gone towards the North Pole, Victor takes the sledge and takes the sledge to the Arctic Ocean. Eventually, he comes up to a man who has a boat, after a few of Victor's dogs die, and the ice slowly liquefies. Later on, when Victor thinks that he will not survive, he asks the man for a promise to kill PIECES should he find IT. As Victor dies, PIECES arrives after a while and, in the last scene, we see PIECES making a promise of killing ITSELF by burning ITSELF on ice.
Protagonist
In Frankenstein, we have two protagonists, one for sure. Victor is the first man down the list. A man in his twenties (because he is studying at the university of Ingolstadt!!!), he can best be described as a "Mad Scientist." He has deep interest in science and wants to create life from the dead. Since we focus on the things happening around Victor, his family and friends, and his tragic flaws, we consider him to be the main protagonist. Another of the main protagonist in the story is PIECES. Despite ITS scary and gigantic composition, IT is still like a small child. Innocent, nice, humane, and cooperative. If not considered as an outcast, PIECES would be like any other human being and could actually be helpful to the people of Geneva. But, since things don't work out the way they should, PIECES is looked upon as an antagonist in the second half of the story.
